Matthew graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2023, earning his BA in Classical Languages and French Studies with highest honors. His academic interests include Greek and Roman historiography and epic; Roman politics and literature of the Late Republic and Augustan Age; classical reception; and classical language pedagogy.
