Julius received a B.A. in History and German from the University of Regensburg, Germany in 2023. In his undergraduate thesis, he examined the political and cultural relations between Rome and Carthage before the First Punic War. Previously, he worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Department of Germanic and Slavic Languages and Literatures at CU Boulder. Julius is particularly interested in the history and archaeology of the Roman Republic and Archaic Greece
